Esta súper bien ubicado y tiene buen servicio

Habitación grande, cama muy cómoda, y una ubicación perfecta para Universal y un poco más lejos para DisneyWorld. El complejo es grande y tiene seguridad para entrar con el coche. Además hay un mercado to dentro de recepción para comprar algo y llevarte a los parques. También tienen restaurante para cenar o desayunar, aunque hay muchísima oferta por la zona, para ir caminando.

El shuttle bus debería salir un poco más pronto ya que además para en otro hotel y llegas más tarde que cuando abren las puertas. El wifi no llega bien a la habitación. Hay hormigas súper pequeñitas correteando por el baño, incluso por la encimera, uno de los días pedi que fumigaran. El aire acondicionado suena muchísimo y da mucho aire incluso en el modo Low, y el aire da directamente a la cama, muy incomodo por la noche.

It was relatively close to Disney, many food places around.

Location was great for all the theme parks if you have a car, free parking, wi-fi, fridge, microwave (which we didn't use).

had to change rooms 3 times, over 2 visits... Once for a wet floor and toilet that didn't flush properly. Second time due to leak from the ceiling onto my bed and third time due to two cockroaches in the sink area.

the hotel itself . this place needs to be redone in every room bc I’m sure all these rooms look the same. the room is a nice set up and a lot of remodeling needs to happen . this is a tourist city , they need to do better .

Great location.... It was very quiet given the location. The pool area was very clean.

When I first arrived to check in the second I was finished, I turned around and someone dressed in black said " oh follow me to get your welcome package...." So they direct you to the entertainment desk where they offer you coupons. Then they ask you if you are going to any theme parks ...that's when they attempt to book you for a timeshare MEETING. I was extremely upset because I told the woman that I was exhausted from traveling all day, but she continued to press the meeting. I feel if I pay for my room then I should not be haggled the second I get there. Also there was a VERY large roach in the bathroom it seemed to have came from under the tub... they should seal the bottom of the tub. But I will also mention that my room was on the main level by the pool...so maybe the water attracted it. This may also be the reason for the moisture in the room, there was no ventilation in the room.

Shuttle should run more often. Shuttle driver left while we were standing right at its door because it was 2 minutes past departure time.
