We came back to spruce grove because of the fire zone we were in The staff told us about a fire zone discount that we did not qualify because we booked through a third party. Very rude about it. At 1130 pm it was not appreciated

Good location. Felt safe
The first night there was no air conditioning. I called down twice. They said someone would be coming up. No one did. It was 23 in the room. No fan working. Window opens 2”.

Clean comfortable room. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with tub and separate shower. On site restaurant with decent menu, continental breakfast offered. Trailer parking on street.

Some areas of the hotel were somewhat dirty, such as elevators and corridors to the rooms

A/c unit made some odd noises and kind of loud but it worked and kept room cool

Wifi was crap. Need to upgrade it, couldn't do my work it kept disconnecting.

Breakfast and breakfast room were very nice.
The biggest issues were cleanliness (gummy candy and dirty floor outside room, filthy with candy and dirt behind the tv stand, and even found toothbrush cover on the floor), also pool was not working, and the entire reason we booked was for the pool.

Room was nice, pool was nice, staff was nice and area felt safe. Great Heat/AC controls which worked fabulous for a comfortable sleep at night!
Asked for a late check-out 2 months before my stay and was told I had to call the front desk at 7 am the day of the late check-out!

The hotel upgrade our room with the same fee and we loved our room.
The temperature in the middle of the night is warm and we can’t adjust it.
