We were staying in the small chalet behind the building. It had excellent facilities if you wished to self cater - hob, microwave, toaster etc. It had two bedrooms including one with a single bed and bunk beds; all very comfortable. The electric heaters worked well when needed. Breakfast was provided in the main building and was varied and good value.

Our visit in mid-October was at the end of the season and we discovered that all restaurants, cafes were closed except one, a short drive away on the main road into town. It would have been helpful. if on arrival we had been made aware of this. We spent an hour wandering around the town in search of dinner until another guest house owner pointed us in the right direction.

main room looking over bay shut down due to virus but all other places we stayed in on the trip had made an effort to open for partial capacity. Was a major drawback. No soap or glasses in room, no change of towels. No breakfast - offered a coupon for next door but I had to tell them that restaurant was closed for season - they were suprised
