La cercanía a la Universidad de Harvard porque teníamos una actividad en ella. Las camas cómodas y personal atento.

Comfy bed. Close to fenway Park.

Loved the food court attached and the fact that we could walk to Fenway park from the hotel.

The parking garage got flooded and we had to walk thru two feet of water. Also, no AC in the hallway. So it was hot. The restaurant was not opened on weekends either

Man at desk very nice person who answers phone rude I called from the phone in the room for times they didn’t answer and then calls from my cell phone and they answered on the first ring. I told her I was calling from my room and her answer was she was busy yet she answered the cell phone call.

Walks were peeling bathroom wasn’t clean I had to wipe it down

Elevators are slow and small. Restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday

There was no breakfast/lunch/dinner for the hotel. Payment was more at the desk then what I paid for over app.

Room was clean.

Front desk personnel was rude and surly. When I asked for a quiet room away from ice machines and elevators I was given a room directly across from the housekeeping center for the floor. Nasty work.

The room setup was better than I expected, I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave, because I wasn't expecting that in the room. I also enjoyed the room service, even though it was pricey, it was worth it after a long traveling day. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The staff, especially Beatriz and Yves were especially pleasant and very helpful to my family and I.
