The Danby house is a perfectly maintained old Ontario Victorian home with a wonderful proprietor and great breakfast.

Pleasant clean room. Lovely host and delicious breakfast.
Roku TV difficult to access for news broadcasts. Access into house and out of house more complicated than usual - glad owner was there to assist.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The house is beautiful and spotless. The breakfast is excellent. It was a wonderful experience! I would come again!

Julia is an amazing host! The Danby House was so cozy, clean and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated and you feel like home as soon as you step in. To emphasize just few things that we liked about this B&B: very comfortable sitting areas in the backyard, and indoor, as well. There was plenty of coffee, tea, and water bottles in the room. The breakfast table was impressive: very healthy and tasty food, nicely arranged on the table. Julia also offered recommendations for things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely planning to come back

Very tastefully done decor, more hotel-feel to it. Has lots of character and perfect for just a stopover for the night. Lots of amenities provided. Really like the free-to-take complimentary bar. Breakfast lovingly prepared by the owner, hearty.

We liked very much the excellent breakfast that was being served. We also appreciated the personal touch from the lady of the house. We appreciated the free coffee and pleasant conversations with the lady of the house. This B&B has also a nice historical touch and is well maintained.

We had to leave early, so the hostess gave us a breakfast to eat on the road. Very helpful. Location was good - easy to find and convenient to our destination in Flesherton.

Backyard BBQ was great as it allowed us to cook food quickly especially on the days we came back late, and were not in a mood to go looking for the restaurant.
Space in Canada Room was a bit limited, but we mostly only slept there, so it was not really an issue

I was greeted by the owner. She was lovely the home was clean cozy and inviting. All amenities were made water tea coffee and a refrigerator for storage. Breakfast was excellent from fresh fruit to egg’s benne

It was a great bed and breakfast experience. We loved the garden. Hosts were lovely and breakfast was superb.

The room was spectacular and loved the balcony to sit outside at night and have a coffee and stargaze. Barb was very vigilant regarding the social distancing and sanitization of Danby House. My daughter and I had a fantastic time with views and trails of the surrounding area that took our breath away...thank you, Barb!
