Quality Inn Philadelphia Center City

We chose it for the location, we could walk to the subway, several Indigo bike rentals, and just lots of stuff. But were enchanted by the character, the old Philly vibe, and the best part was definitely the staff! Roager at the front was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all sorts of stuff! Highly recommend a safe, clean space in the heart of Philly to just take it all in. The free breakfasts made our day even more stress free - I thought they were a thing of the pre-covid world, but the waffles were great! Lots of healthy choices.

Might be time to repaint the shower area, the damp and the heat has done a bit of number on the ceiling.

Location and cleanliness.

The hotel didn't have a record of my reservation since I made it through Booking.com. They eventually figured it out, but it took some time. Also, since there the hotel didn't have a parking lot, a discount with the local parking garage would be nice.

Room lighting is fluorescent and not warm. The retouch in the bathroom was not done well.

We left too early to have breakfast. It wasn't out yet. Even the coffee was not made.

There were NO chairs in the room! Very uncomfortable to sit on the bed. You definitely could have fit a chair in the room or maybe even two. And I notice that the clock on the night stand was not working. The cleaning crew should have caught that one.
