Beautiful house with a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was large and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

Personal preference but for me, pillows way far too soft making it difficult to get comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a let down - limited choice. I always look forward to a hotel breakfast and was disappointed however what was there was very nice.

Beautiful inside and out, at a great location, beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice and staff members were polite, professional and accommodating.

Not enough onsite parking and kept having to move the car due to street parking restrictions. However, in fairness, the Inn does indicate that they will pay for guests to park in a nearby parking lot...

Alisiya was lovely and very accommodating. The styling of the property was beautiful.

There was a warmth lacking to the property, it would be nice to walk down the stairs in the morning to some easy listening back ground music. Breakfast was disappointing as rather than being asked if we needed anything we had to ask for anything we required such as milk or yoghurt to go with the cereal or for more items that were on the small chalk board menu to be brought out. The food itself was fine but the service levels did not match the style of the property and we expected better for the price. Not the staff on duties fault more the processes in place and lack of personnel to offer the hospitality inspected from a B&B. I also think that if your accommodation is a stopping point for walking and bus ghost walks you should be made aware when confirming the booking. Not what we wanted as unsuspecting travellers on their anniversary treat.
