Nothing too much to like.

Room never got cleaned during the entire stay, didn’t have any trash canisters, microwave was dirty and rusty, breakfast milk was warm and horrible tasting, ac barely stayed on at night which caused me to not get much sleep and waking up in sweat puddles, towels and linens were not changed the entire stay, refrigerator was loud and dirty, couch was dirty and had stains, holes in the walls, old soap left in she top of the shower, dresser drawers were dirty and room had a smell which caused me to purchase air freshener in which I left inside the room. Overall completely disgusting and I asked everyday while I was there for new towels, linen and a trash container which I did not receive.

staff wasnt helpful, short and rude and refused to even attempt to help me solve an issue with my booking. i dont expect much in general interactions as im also in the service industry but this guy was harsh and it didnt seem i was the only one. also has taken well over 4 days for them to even start to process my deposit refund. room reeked of cigarettes, tv didnt work, burns in carpet, tub and counter.

It had a bed for emergency stay

Hotel room, no hot water, carpet dirty, big stain on couch, several splashy white stains on side of bed. Nothing but coffee to drink at breakfast, not even a tea bag, staff unhelpful except shuttle driver was very friendly

Nothing awful stay

We asked for a late check out. The lady at night said 12 was the latest, at 1115 a man knocked on our door rushing us out and stood there watching as we ran around to gather our kids up and get out of there. In the bathroom it sounded as if the pipes were rattling in the wall. Men heard screaming in the lobby early in the morning.

refrigerator was broken people smoking weed next door the microwave smelt burnt and was all burnt up inside it was dodgy, paint peeling off in bathroom the front desk attendant was so nasty with responding

the girl at the front was rude, the room had absolutely no hot water and they over charged my card
