Hotel was conveniently located in relation to the hockey rink.

I was on crutches and the parking lot was very icy.

Like the rooms, staff, beds are very comfy.

There was no hot breakfast.

Said lI didn't like that the TV didn't work had to get front desk to fix...than my power in my room went completely off twice but no other lights or power went off in the hotel. Tha bathroom was dirty. Plus the hotel front desk had me put a incidental of $100bucks down but the next morning the GM woman didn't know how to refund me the $100 bucks back so instead she charged me another $100 bucks so than I noticed $200 bucks charged to my card an have been dealing with that now I got back $100 as a void but still dealing with trying to get back my other amount .. she than went on to say booking.com must of paid for your room with their credit card an than has your amount .. I said listen you charged me now 200 bucks for a $83.15 room an i want my other money owed back to my Mastercard. So will see how it is in 3 days . Terrible awful experience i will never do business with Lakeview inn an suites ever in Whitecourt,AB .. Hopefully other customers beware they might try an scam you out of money.

Clean. Quiet. Liked the linens, fresh and crisp and clean. Nice people at the front desk. Good heater, quiet.

The staff was horrible and completely dishonest. Plus booking on here for a king bed at the price of 80 didn’t exist. Pricing was wrong

Great bargain the day of my stay. Staff was willing to help with anything. Extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Surprisingly quiet and very clean. I've stayed at most of the other facilities in Whitecourt and this one is by far the best one yet. I was pleasantly surprised. Awesome. Will definitely stay again.
