The room was exactly as described and pictured. It even had extra things that I didn’t expect. The only reason I gave it a 3 overall rating is because of the management of the Daytona Beach Resort itself. We knew the pools where not open but really didn’t expect to see the entire pool area looking like a bomb hit it. The pools were solid green with slime growing in them. Just disgusting to look at. We felt like we were basically alone, as there was the same guy at the front desk every time we went in or out who never took his eyes off his phone to acknowledge us. On the fifth floor where we stayed half of the roof on the balcony has been torn away and not repaired. I really feel for people that own properties in DBR. We had stayed at DBR previously (before the hurricane damage) and really enjoyed everything. I hope someday it can be restored.
Again, our disappointment was not with the owners but the management of DBR.

Elevators don’t work properly , slow 2 of 3 work on the side I stayed and those that work stop on every floor making the travel annoying. The gym was open prior to august but management decided to close it. The staff there said they had no idea why. ? The room was great as was the private room owners communication. The building has seen better days.

Overall an awesome place to stay. Laureen & Bert did an excellent job communicating before we arrived and everything was exactly as they listed. A grocery store and pharmacy were right across the street, as well as many good restaurants within 10 minutes walking. The facility is still repairing damage from hurricane Ian. The beach and the view were amazing. Was only a $20 Lyft ride to Speedway. We will be checking availability for this exact place when we go back to Daytona Beach.

We stayed in this condo for a week, and we enjoyed every minute. It was very nice, clean and organized. We had no problems contacting the property owners. They included some nice beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach with you, which we really liked. Perfect place for a couples get away right next to the beach. We were able to enjoy the prettiest sunrises from the balcony which topped it off - 5 outta 5 stars, would recommend this condo.

Unit was clean and comfortable except for a very hard (firm) mattress. All amenities were closed due to recent hurricane damage but the ocean view was breathtaking!

The unit was great, very clean! I am a beach chair snob, they are perfect! Also provided umbrella and cooler which is great for those flying into town. The resort is older as are many in this area, so that was expected.

Our first impression upon arriving to the resort was how clean it was. Then we got to our studio suite and again we were impressed with the cleanliness. All you need is your own food and toiletries. Everything else you would need for a beach stay was provided. The view from the balcony just takes your breath away. We cannot wait to come back again!

Great communication, we were lucky to get an early check-in and I appreciated the timely notice on that. The room is very clean! - that was so important for us after having some negative experiences at other rooms in the same resort. Great details such as nice towels, dishes, air freshener and beach chairs and toys.

Great place to stay on the beach. The unit had a great ocean view from the 5th floor. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Quality bed linens and towels. We especially appreciated the good quality beach chairs provided in the unit. Everything was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on the beach. The unit had a great ocean view from the 5th floor. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Quality bed linens and towels. The property was nice and clean, no complaints there. There was only two minor things that I wanted to mention. The property owner had made arrangements for me to check in before the normal 4pm time but when I arrived the front desk person did not have that information. I was able to use my sisters phone to retrieve the email from the owner and check in but what disappointed me was the person at the desk was completely unaccommodating or willing to try to find a solution to the problem. My sister and her husband had the same problem with their early check in arrangements. The only other disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and we had been looking forward to using that for the majority of our meals. Other than those two things the visit was fine. Thank you.

Very nice to stay here! Very clean, has everything you need! We only used the stovetop, but they had an air fryer and toaster oven also. Everything you need to cook with. Great beachfront location and the resort keeps everything clean.

The property was very nice, had great amenities with the pools, bar, and being right on the beach. Lots of families, so plenty of kids to play with if you bring yours. They accurately described the place, but a heads up, it is small. With the couch pulled out for the kid to sleep on, there was barely room to move around, so this would have been better with just the 2 of us, no kid. Very close to anything you would want to do. We were visiting family that lives down there, so it was great for splitting our time between vacation and family time. Would definitely go back!

First time to stay at this location - very attractive facility, enjoyed the stay! I guess it was a function of social distancing, but the minimal number of umbrella tables and chairs on the vast pool deck this resort possesses was a very large hurdle for families trying to enjoy a beach vacation.

You can’t go “straight to the condo” as there is a gated parking garage that you must enter to gain access. So, you have to go to the front desk, Check in and get a access card from them to open the gate. They also give you a parking permit to fill out. This wasn’t clear in the description, otherwise we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again.
