The rooms are very comfortable and roomy.
Well the elevator is insanely slow, just 2 elevator working, the lines to be checking are crazy also 2 persons working at the front desk. The bathroom was dirty and the ac too.

Very central location, with easy access to multiple subway lines, making it convenient to get around Manhattan.
Not much to fault. The hotel offers very good value for money and is a solid 4-star option for New York City.

It was a nice, modern feel. The lobby had a lovely scent. Check-in went smoothly. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfy and they accommodated us when we asked for extra pillows. We loved the double shades, providing a black out effect.
It seemed as though our bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was someone else’s earring on the floor, the hand soap was empty, no washcloths provided and the shower didn’t look completely clean. It took two times asking and some waiting for them to arrive with our extra pillows, but we were understanding.

Location, and cafe in the morning
Long lines to get on the elevator in the am and at night with staff telling us we’re not allowed to use the stairs. Towels were exchanged when requested but no other cleaning service provided. They didnt make up the beds or clean the bathrooms during our 4 night stay.
