It appeared to be clean. That was the only good thing.

Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom door knob coming off. One headboard light had no bulb. Floor lamp didn't work. My husband called Thursday evening to tell the front desk about the 2 lights. The man said he would be there in about an hour. No show. The shower didn'twork. We will not be coming back.

Staff was pleasant

Stains furniture, safety lovk brokern and room had a strange smell and parking area restricted. Large equipment in the way.

Floor to the restroom was sticky. Yellow stain on sheets. Asked for towels twice they never arrived. I've always booked at this hotel when going to San antonio but I don't think I will be returning anymore.

The location was very convenient to the neighborhood where our relatives live. Easy access to I-410. They gave us a room with handicapped access, although we didn't need it. Consequently the room and bath were both larger than average. While the breakfast buffet was quite limited, I did like their Texas-shaped waffle machines. Fun!

The extra charge for a pet was $25 per night. I think that was a bit excessive. It wasn't a cleaning fee, as the room wasn't cleaned between our first and second day. Well, ...they know pet owners are desperate as so many places don't allow pets at all.

The beds were absolutely comfortable,so much so,I rented the unit again
