Everything! Particularly the staff there rude, house keeping will knock loudly at your door and ask you to check even if it’s not time yet. Staff are not helpful. Really a bad place to stay.

Very Dirty, they did patch work on the walls and hung pictures and mirrors with out painting them, the whole room needed paint.

I liked how spacious the room was. There was a nice bath tub to relax in. There was a pool too, but we didn't have time to swim. The staff were very nice.

The breakfast selection could be better, there wasn't much to choose from.

The check in process was okay. Short and simple.

The look and feel of the lobby and especially the room was absolutely gross and unappealing. The whole building wreaked of smoke and cat piss, and the room was modly and musty, like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in weeks or months. There was a sticky brown substance covering the ceiling, and mold all around the bottom of the walls. They tried to cover up the terrible smell of the place with an overload of scent sprays and maybe candles, which didn’t help. It just added to the odd smells. Overall, very gross. To the point that it made my fiancée and I pack up and decide to not stay the night. We went somewhere else where they charge a little bit more, but they actually clean the place and keep it nice and inviting. Will not be coming back to Norwood, ever.

Not much to like.

We booked a king hot tub suite and got a queen hot tub suite. No continental breakfast, like advertised. Coffee pot in room didn't work, they ran out of cups for coffee in the lobby area on the second day of our stay. I feel we need to be compensated for our stay.

I like staff and the location

Should provide more pillows in a room.

Pool and spa were closed while website claimed they were open.

Literally nothing

The room was more then just dirty, we found someone's nasty socks tucked into the arm chair, a towel covering the smoke alarm, very much smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all and the bed was very broken. Like the whole left edge board completely broken and sagging. The hot tub we paid extra for to have in the room was nasty 🤢 I had to run 2 cleaning cycles in it before it was clean enough to use. The person working the morning we checked out was creepy and very unprofessional. Breakfast was not breakfast, it was toast and juice, and terrible coffee. The breakfast area was trashed and all the tables were broken.
