No me respetaron el precio de Booking...pague 50% más de lo que decía Booking...pero pues ya estaba ahí, me tuve que registrar...

Maybe the location

1st my room key wasn't working 2nd the floor was sticky I mean I get it's a hotel but carpet shouldn't be sticky. 3rd the toilet in the bathroom was flooding or broken couldn't tell where the water was coming from. 4th ummm u got mold in your showers I love how you all just paint over the mold instead of take care of it. 5th there was a lacrosse team being loud all night stomping thru the halls and just being loud. 6th needs better tv as well u all got maybe at most 10 channels and half of them were filled with news Overall, I just won't be coming back. I have pictures of the mold if you want proof.

The beds were very comfortable and staff friendly. The breakfast was good.. eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt and fruit.

The place was run down, and the walls seemed very thin, you could hear anything going on outside your room. Everything was several miles away, nothing withing walking distance. Pictures definitely look better online than actual.

Desayuno completo huevo, fruta, waffles, cafe, jugo, pan. La habitacion estuvo bien, limpia. Buena ubicación para ir a legoland o la playa.

Las habitaciones están separaras del lobby, estuvo lloviendo y para ir al desayuno o al lobby caminando, te mojas.

The place was neatly kept and clean, rooms were nice and clean, their breakfast was magnificent, and the staff was nice too.

The state itself was fine but I've been double charged and didn't get my $50 deposit refunded either. I have attempted to contact Priceline booking.com and La Quinta and nobody knows what to do or who to transfer me to. I was transferred eight times the other day plus two times they were supposed to call me back and didn't. This has been very frustrating. Liam is my friend we stayed in the same hotel. The fact that there are two charges is ridiculous they are clearly for the same day for the same two people for one room. I did not receive any services or ever entered the room or knew I had an extra room but I was charged 78.77. additionally there were three more attempted charges from La Quinta for various amounts. The whole thing was a disaster logistically. I am still waiting on someone to call me back, for Wendy the manager at La Quinta to call me back or respond in her emails. This isn't right and I would sincerely appreciate just getting this matter resolved. It's almost Christmas and I could really use that money for my kids. This may be through the wrong channel but please pass this on if you could I would super super appreciate that, sincerely.

Breakfast was pretty good but there was someone in front of the waffle maker for at least 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting for her to move so I had a bagel that was stale. Coffee and juice were good. They also had eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and some other things. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room I booked had a King bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible and was smaller than a twin. The mattress must've been 3 inches thick at the most and the springs squeaked horribly. My poor 21 year old son got no sleep that night. I asked to be moved for our second night so they put us in a room with two queen beds. The carpet in both rooms was disgustingly dirty and turned your feet black. The freeway noise was really bad and the room keys had to be switched out twice since they were't working properly. The guy staying next to us had the same problem with the room keys. Another thing we did not appreciate was sharing the spa with two very young children under the age of 8. Isn't there a rule about that? How can you relax in a spa with small children splashing around in it?
