Breakfast had a good variety and staff was very attentive.

A new, very well maintained, property, just off Calgary Edmonton highway, and easily accessible from highway, but far enough from traffic to be quiet.

Popular with work crews, who keep crew hours :)

Checking in, was not very welcoming, the lady on the desk was annoyed because she had to change my room due to my dog, which I understood, but I had had a long drive and her reaction put a negative feel to my stay…

Breakfast had an excellent selection. All was displayed and prepared well. Attendant, Liza was cheerful and helpful. Reception staff were lovely!

the air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud

Both elevators were broken. One had an out of order sign where as the 2nd broken one did not. I overheard staff being notified numerous times about it and still nothing was done. Also over heard seniors asking to be moved to a lower floor due to having difficulties with all the stairs and they weren't accommodated.
