For the price it was decent. The lady at the front desk was so kind and happy

The beds were way too firm!

The room was a great size, and more than suited our needs. Felt it was a overpriced for the lack of amenities close by. $268 a night seems steep when you need to drive 20 minutes to retrieve food.

The desk person suggested we leave our dogs in our Jeep to keep the room clean. It’s advertised as pet friendly but there seemed to be restrictions on this that are not advertised. We ultimately had our dogs in our room but it was $40 per dog and she still made a fuss she didn’t want them on her clean sheets. Don’t use white sheets??? Or don’t advertise as pet friendly.

unfortunately, some neighbours were loud coming into their room late at night and woke us up.

. We were kicked out at 11:15. Checkout is at 11. We needed to brush our teeth in the parking lot with a bottle of water and finish our bags in the parking lot. The person said he pays the person cleaning the rooms by the hour and he will not tolerate time after 11am. He threatened to charge mi card half a day if we stayed 10 more minutes. He said our.room was next to be cleaned but it wasn't. We left the parking lot at 11h45 and our room had not been cleaned. To me customer service is important. This person had not a little bit.of flexibility or comon sense. Bad attitude and not understanding at all. Will not stay here again will not recommend. Sorry
