Garbage wasn’t pick up inside Inn. Noise from upstairs too much walking while we are sleeping at night.

Indoor pool and hot tub

We got moved after our first night because the toilet was leaking. They moved us into a room. That was definitely not as nice as the one I purchased online.

I liked the location and the indoor pool and hot tub.

I didn't like that when I went directly and spoke with the host at the desk and requested fresh towels and bed service it was acknowledged, yet upon return, very late at night neither were done. But my trash bin was emptied.

Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Not having to worry about parking was also great. The indoor pool was a great time for the kids as well.

Room was not fully clean. Found dirty spots on the floor. Very strong smell of cleaner. No breakfast!

I love the rooms with the extra bed in a separate room and I love the indoor hot tub

The smoke alarm randomly went off in my room and I don't smoke at all, so it startled me. Also, I don't like how I have to call every time for them to turn on hot tub jets at 10am

I like that we had two beds and each were in separate rooms. The beds were very comfortable

The pillows were very thin

Whole property loaded with very shady people that looked like they were on lots of drugs. No staff members were on site scared to go to the room. Had to get a hotel somewhere else and pay double.

Surf City is welcoming, with lovely costumer service representatives, clean accommodations, and best of all… convenient location with only an 8 minute walk to the pier. Next stay I look forward to experiencing their indoor pool!

Very close to the boardwalk! The pool was heated and so warm and the hot tub was scorching hot! We had a great stay! This place has a lot of potential! The rooms are hardwood floor and updated, however it didn’t seam like they cleaned the floor very well. I wiped up juice my son spilled and the paper towel was black. The microwave was also dirty with food inside. I liked the separate bedroom with its own bed and TV. The kids liked feeling like they had their own room. I also liked how they weren’t able to jump from bed to bed! lol. We had a good stay!!

The floors could be cleaned. I cleaned up a juice spill and the paper towel was black. There was also food all over the inside of the microwave.

very convenient love the playground next-door. The hot tub was great with the exception of the pool being icy cold but we use that as a cold plunge opportunity and my kids loved it, very close to the boardwalk too good location looks like the rooms are recently remodeled. I liked that there was no carpet, and the bedding seems fresh.
