Diamond Head Beach Resort

The best part was the balcony and the view. The location is top tier. The pool and hot tub were very nice. It was great to have access to pool noodles, goggles and towels. It was nice to be able to have lunch and dinner right on the property too, and we enjoyed the live entertainment. The hotel staff were all very nice.

I wasn’t really too impressed with a lot of things. For the cost of the hotel per night it felt like it was lacking in areas. The rooms weren’t really clean, clean. There were bugs in our room, and stains on the couch and bedroom blanket. Also, because we only stayed 2 nights, having fresh towels wasn’t an option for us. It was really disappointing since I brought my children and they took multiple showers because of the sand from the beach, so I we were just having to “make do”. For such an upscale type of hotel I would’ve thought there would’ve been some coffee offered throughout the whole day. A nice upgraded coffee machine would really put this hotel over the top. And offering some sort of breakfast option to buy. The pool area certainly gets over crowded and that’s not very enjoyable - but also the hotel can’t really control that.

Service/ location/ cleaning

The only thing that I didn’t was the beach chairs and umbrellas they picked up at 5:00 too early the should be picked at 6 or 7

The view and the location were amazing, great confortable bed and couch, relaxing balcony and wonderful restaurant. Cool bar down stairs to hang out and lounge at.

Bodily fluids on the throw pillow on the bed that I immediately threw off the bed! Elevators seemed barely working. (Noisy) basic scratchy gym towels.

Great beach access with chairs and umbrella

Uncomfortable bed. No breakfast included. No gift shop or store to buy drinks and snacks. The shower barely worked.
