Das Zimmer bzw. Appartement war riesengroß: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, großer Küchen-Wohnbereich plus Balkon mit Aussicht auf Umgegend und etwas Meer. Ausstattung gut und sauber, die Betten groß und sehr bequem. Das Personal unten am Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück an und das weiß man natürlich vorher. Aber das war wirklich das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The elevators, or rather, the lack of a functional elevator system caused us to have to walk up and down 26 flights of stairs after waiting for 20 minutes on one occasion, 45 minutes on another occasion, and finally when the elevator system went out of order completely. It was stressful (my daughter nearly missed the appointment that we were in town for), frustrating, and as i have an issue with my knee it was painful. The room was great, but we couldn't enjoy it as we had to carefully plan our exits and returns to the hotel in order to use the elevator. I will never stay at your hotel, again.

The room was excellent...the view was really nice but I was on the 28th floor and scared of heights so I watched right from that balcony door lol

I liked everything in this place .. specially space in every room, facilities, full kitchen, dishwasher, hot tub, sofa bed is an extra with all these. View was excellent too. All staffs are honest and friendly.

Maybe authenticate the food flyers .. sometime external food vendors we select from hotel fryers are not great.

The staff member told us that if we attend a tour, we will get our parking refund. It was a lie. I was downgraded and I did a 3h tour for nothing.

Nice spacious rooms. The resort is walking distance from boardwalk.

The long wait for the elevators. One elevator was closed due to construction, and it took us about forty five minutes to get downstairs.

We liked the place but the construction was very very unpleasant. We went there to relax but every morning we woke up with drill,hammer and construction noise it was very very loud and uncomfortable.

The location is perfect. Anything to eat at any point for any price would be awesome!

Lack of snacks or food of any type- especially breakfast. Also- please get rid of the timeshare peddlers in the lobby!! They yelled at my daughter every time she moved while waiting for me to check in! They were yelling- “excuse me, have you checked in? Can you please come over here!” She is just a child, so naturally this was alarming to her. There was an issue with my check in (the boys on duty handled that very well) so we were there a little longer than normal and the women trying to give us a “free vacation” kept asking my daughter to come over there. I had no idea who was around the corner yelling to her as I couldn’t see anyone and I was trying to see what the check in issue was. It was just chaos and we were all already exhausted and just wanted to go to our room and relax.
