Front desk employee was extremely helpful!! We really appreciate Ortisia for all her help.
Carpets in the hallways were dirty. Hallway smelled musty.

The location of the property was great. It is close to many restaurants and the grocery and close to downtown. It was nice to be able to see the navy planes train. The room was clean and the staff were amazing. The free breakfast was good as seasoned well.
I didn’t like that the pool ladders were broke. It was unsafe. Also you can tell they use bleach to chlorinate the pool and spa. At night my room got really hot even when I turned the thermostat down, and it was harder to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. It was a nice big comfortable clean room. free self parking and breakfast was good…. It is not a bag breakfast that they have not removed off their email. It’s regular waffles, scrambled eggs, and cereal.

Best thing at breakfast was the cereal
This entire property reeks of marijuana except the pool area which needs some venting. It was so clorinated that we could not stand to be in there long. I asked for extra pillows and didn't get them. I ask for extra towels and the service desk acted like I was an inconvience.
