Room was fairly clean.
The hotel is under renovations. I feel that that should have been mentioned in the booking process. The door keys didn't work and we had to go back down twice during our stay to get them reprogramed. The wi-fi (needed for work) didn't work the first night of our stay and when we notified the staff, they clearly were not truthful about their intentions or ability to get it up and running. They said that they would get back to us several times, about the problem and were clearly just buying time with the intension for us to stop asking. On our last day, we checked out at 8:30am on that Sunday morning and when I asked about the return of the security deposit, they answered that the room would be evaluated around 10 or 11am and my credit would be issued to my card within 2-3 days (which is the normal procedure). I got a call from the hotel at 1:45pm on that Sunday asking was I still in the room. I informed them that I had checked out and gotten a receipt that morning. I then asked them if the room had been evaluated for the return of my security deposit. They answered that it had. This is clearly not the truth because of their question about us still being in the room. I'm concerned about them returning my security deposit and about them charging me an extra day because of them not even knowing that I had checked out, returned the keys, and gotten a receipt that Sunday morning. We'll see what they do with the credit/charges to my card over the next few days.

Accessible means nothing. Breakfast consisted of juice and coffee along with cereal toast and bagels

everything. there was no blankets and when I asked for one they gave me a fitted sheet. the whole entire hotel was a disaster. the first room they gave me was to someone else’s room. I walk in and there’s luggage and shoes everywhere. check in process was extremely slow

The beds didn't have pillow cases or blankets for our bed. We didn't have towels. The front desk wasn't reachable by phone. Walked down to desk and towels were not available until next day. They were folding T shirts when I checked in!

Was No breakfast. Bed tipped over bathroom light had No light switch to turn it off under construction was advised ahead of time. Front desk guy was dozing off when i walked in to check in. Elevators out of order half the room doors was ajar Didnt feel safe but had already paid n was nonrefundable because i booked thru booking.com

First room was not actually available/not supposed to be in the computer, got two sets of keys before I got a new room had to wait almost 20 minutes.

1st room was not cleaned in fact was trashed like someone staying in there went back downstairs and then got another room that was not clean shower was black and disgusting, stuff all over the carpet and obviously was not vacuumed just overall dirty for the money. was charged more than what our paperwork that we signed stated we were paying. messaged the property about it with no response. very disappointed

They had no water in the whole hotel, it had been out for weeks and novone let us know.

I had a late arivile and my plane was late 5am my reservation could not be found and the staff charged me weekend rates and was going to charge me to late check out after checking in at 5am

When I went to my room the bed was unmade, there were dirty towels and trash. I went back to the desk and there were 2 other people with the same problems. I thing the clerk had to go find me another room and make the bed because the sheet was over the blanket not under it. I had to flip the sheet so that it was touching my body. The elevator always smelled like cannabis but there was no skunk smell outside. The pop machine was broken, there was not much in the snack machine. The juice in the morning tasted like water and there were no raisins in the Raisin Bran. I had to go to Mc Donalds for breakfast. The location was hard to find tucked back where you could not see it and it took me an hour to find it after driving 6 hours and I am from Indy. My friend later told me that the inn had a terrible reputation. The computer didn't work at times to make changes. I ran out of toilet paper. I have been to Europe 5 times and to most states and I have never stayed in a worse place! Oh, the shower was either freezing or burning I could not get it regulkated. Do not send any one else there. It is a pit and way overpriced.
