breakfast was okay and the enviroment was clean
Your staff that checked me in was nasty and quite impatient!
Despite telling him i already paid for the room via booking.com, he still went ahead to charge my debit card all over again,5 reducing significantly my entire budget for the trip ! I complained to the manager whom promised to ensure a quick return but this is two weeks since my return home and i am yet to receive my refund!

The breakfast was good and good customer service.
The only thing I had an issue was it’s not really a wheelchair accessible entrance in the front door or the side door. It would be nice to have a ramp on the side door for wheelchair.

Went to Wadworth for the breakfast, The waitress spilt orange juice on my granddaughter's breakfast and all over the table The waitress told my granddaughter to move over to the next seat. the Waitress left the mess on the table and did not even wipe up the mess or replace the orange juice she spilt. The waitress never did come back to check on us.
