Pousada Le Refuge

Localização perfeita: poucos metros da praia, poucos metros do quadrado. O quarto amplo e a limpeza excelente. Colchão gostoso, ar condicionado novo e funcionando super bem. Pousada aconchegante, um jardim lindo e bem cuidado, redes disponíveis para descanso. Piscina excelente. Café da manhã farto e variado com frutas, omelete, frios, pão de queijo , pães e bolos. Sempre havia um quiche delicioso com sabor variado a cada dia. Funcionários bem treinados, simpáticos e disponíveis. A tarde , às 17 horas é servido um café igualmente farto, delicioso e variado com iguarias baianas. O proprietário está sempre atento às necessidades dos hóspedes, coordenando tudo. Há também um bistrô com cardápio bahiano e não bahiano. Tudo delicioso e de excelente apresentação.Preco ótimo.

The staff are very engaged, breakfast was efficient and again the staff stand at the ready to take your breakfast order with prompt delivery. The pousada itself is perfection situated, 3-5 walk to the Quadrado, 1-2 minutes walk to the beach. There is ample parking.

Great service, cozy and clean room, perfect location! Everyday a new selection of delicious cakes and quiche for breakfast and afternoon tea time

Close to a really magnificent beach (3’ walking), with a great beach club (Uxua) immediately to the left (part of another hotel but they accept guests)

While the location is nice during the day, at night the place is death. The village is like a 15’ walking steep uphill before you reach the border and then still 10’ to get to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and so. The hotel is build next to a mangrove and mosquitos are everywhere, make sure you have a good repellent (or suffer…). Due to circumstances, I used 2 rooms, which was no problem. But the 1st room had a very hard bed that didnt sleep well at all. Luckily, the second room had a very comfortable bed :-)
