Front staff was nice. Downstairs looked very nice

Roaches in the room, mold all over the shower area. Bathroom sink detaching from the wall. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was cold burnt eggs, un done cold sausage and hard bread. No coffee. The had to pour out the oj because it was bad. Full breakfast my butt. Just horrible

I did not breakfast any day i was there out if the 4 days. It was not “available”

Price was fairly reasonable. Honestly could have been less for cleanliness reasons. Bed and pillow was comfortable.

Location was good but to get to the hotel from one direction was slightly challenging due to a median. They did try to fulfill our request to have rooms beside each other. However, the entry pad wasn't working and they had to move us down the hall. That room has a mildly, musty smell. Didn't want to ask to change rooms after they said that was there next closest room. So dealt with it. The other room had 4 roaches in it. Rooms look clean otherwise. Also, I was told they were under new management and undergoing renovations. Couldn't tell. Lobby had a large flan blowing air in it. Pool was closed for renovations. So bummer for the children.

your office staff your helpers thelobby was so hot. The room was to lookat was ok but the bed was so hard could not enjoy our rest I needed a room where I could let my husband riht out in front none available that should have been a sign he had to walk so far and like to not have made it. The pictures on the internet are misleading.

I was turned away, i have dogs and the site said pet friendly...the desk clerk said no dogs, so i lost $60 because of it.

I liked my previous stay. It felt like a home other than a hotel
