It would have been better if you had breakfast for free like hotels posted do but other than that it was good thank you

I want to thank a front staff employee named Anthony. He was very helpful and accommodating. The 1st rooms ac did not work and put us in another room quickly. Great customer service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and not too far from the strip.
On our second day, we called the front desk many times with no answer to ask for some assistance. When I walked down to the front desk the employees were just sitting there. Not sure why they didn’t answer the phone?? The pool was closed for some reason and only one elevator of the three were working. Depending on what time of day it was, we waited up to 15 minutes to use it to get to the 15th floor. There is a $22 charge to park at the hotel.

Room was hot. The ace unit was dirty and not letting the air come threw. The elevators where all down except for 2 of them. It took forever for the elevators to go up and down. We had to take a different elevator and then cross over at the stairs way to get to our room. Will not be staying there.
