The apartment was a perfect size for the 2 of us; we enjoyed having separation between the bedroom and living space. We loved the screened in porch for eating our meals. The apartment is just far enough from the main downtown area to be quiet and peaceful but close enough that we enjoyed a walk through town, checking out the shops and restaurants. We'll stay again when we're in the area.

The only change I'd have liked is a bigger air conditioning unit, we found it very warm upstairs in the evening. Easily solved, we opened the upstairs windows and turned off the a/c and let the night breeze cool the unit.

The apartment has great location only a couple of minutes of the main street in Picton, close to wide variety of restaurants, stores and movie theater. Park and matina are nearby. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen is very well equipped. Decor and furnishings work really well with this period building. Nice sitting area outside with bbq for use. The landlord provided us with lots of good suggestions and always was quick to reply. We are definitely planning to go back.

The Lofts are in a great location - close to the town so you can easily walk around, and on a quiet street so it isn't too busy. We stayed in the Wellington and it was extremely nice and homey. If I was looking for a apartment it would be exactly what I was looking for. I loved the colourfulness of the unit, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The house is older and if you're in the Wellington you can hear footsteps and some voices from the Picton unit above. I don't mind that kind of noise, but if you find it bothersome, try to book the Picton. Or if you only need one bed, the Bloomfield.

Very quaint apartment. Charming with lots of cute little touches. Very clean and well kept, comfortable beds, and location was excellent. Owner was available on text for anything we needed. I will be back!

The loft location is perfect. Just located in downtown so that easy to go shopping or to port. As my friends have different dietary habit, they are could find their's wants. Very thank for Brian and Julia's warm service and let's enjoy this trip in Picton.Looking forward to meet again in this summer.

The apartment was close to downtown restaurants and entertainment venues. It offered a kitchen with fridge and sitting area separate from bedroom.

The owner messaged me ahead of time. Did not wait for me to ask. He was one sted ahead which was appreciated.

Great location! Comfortable and well equipped for cooking. Close to all the wineries and Sandbank provincial park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Brian, the owner is very welcoming and friendly. Really recommended! We will come back!

Better curtains to blackout the daylight in the morning.

We arrived at 9pm, located the keys. Place was large, the bathroom was a good size.

Brian sent me a text at 4:07am, we were sleeping, at 6:22am another text; "please remove your car from Wellington spot. What do you think reserved parking means?" This is what he sent me, yet I was parked were I was to be. Friday night I had to move the vine from the sign but did it to make sure to park in Picton. The other guest was parked wrong, yet he never said sorry to my face or by text. The beds need to be changed. Fans need to be cleaned. The funniest part was when he called it an "Efficiency Apartment", like what does this mean? what ever he thinks it is, really doesn't apply, but had a good laugh.

Property is right off of downtown Picton. Easy walk to almost everywhere you want to go. Manager was easy to deal with and helpful. Would highly recommend to all.

Booking.com was supposed to give me a $30 discount that was not reflected in the final payment. Now I have to spend the time sussing this out.

We brought our breakfasts and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

The second bedroom was warm even with the AC on. We closed all the other vents in the apartment however it was still too warm the second night.
