Close proximity to where our grandson played hockey.
The pillows are horrible and the maintenance is lacking. We had trouble opening and closing the bathroom door due to the fact the door scraped on the floor - needs to be trimmed off on the bottom. Also the garbage bins outside of the front door were overflowing with garbage and the little bit of landscaping needed some work - not a very inviting entrance.
