No breakfast

The location and the facilites inside the house are all excellent. Of course, Anna and Mike are super super host, not only in the hospitality but also their recommendation for activities, hiking, golfing, wine tasting, property research etc etc.

The staircase to climb up to the house especially when you have heavy luggage. However, even it has to climb up the staircases, it is still worth.

Anna and her husband are very welcoming and you feel very easily at home. When I booked, I didn't realized that bathroom was shared but the house is very clean and the guests very respectful and it was not a problem at all.

It was not mentioned in the booking ad, that the driveway was extremely steep, hard to keep your car doors open just to exit your vehicles, then you had to walk up a steep incline to reach the stairs, which was another 25 steps to get into the residence. If you are slightly compromised You may not make the hike. Would like to see this information in the ad. The room on the surface looked clean but dust was everywhere the chair rails the mantle etc, that kind of dust layer has been there for a long while.

Location was awesome. About 30 minute walk to downtime, but tons of scooters to rent along the way. Great view of the city from the deck. Anne and Mike were awesome. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet location. 2 minute walk to Knox Mt Park which is great for hiking to amazing sunset view and some fun mountain biking. 5 minutes to a park on the water. Wifi was excellent. Access to kitchen. Great value for the location.

Very welcoming hosts, provided a lot of tips regarding Kelowna tourism, very helpful, bed sooo comfy! Very clean house!!!

We stayed for 14 days; so we grocery shopped & upgraded to a suite so we could cook our own meals! We were given cherries 🍒 from their backyard tree & they prepared a bbq supper for us and we ate together as a foursome! One other time we used their bbq & we dined outside by ourselves! Very hospitable! We were given a full course meal with wine & dessert included free of cost to us! We discussed coming back next year & when we should book to get the same suite ! We were offered a discount next year for coming this year! Anna & Mike went for a walk with us! Anna discussed different trails to walk on! We felt very much at home & since Anna & Mike knew their neighbours across the street we were able to get to know them! Anna was accommodating in providing toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, face cloths, a blow dryer, dish soap so we just had to purchase our food! They also let us use their washer & dryer to do our laundry! If I needed something; Anna got on it right away! Mike offered us popsicles to cool down since it was a heatwave while we stayed! Anna brought me a lounge chair for sunning outside our suite for easy access! I felt cared for & lived like a family member! I can’t wait to go back next year! The view of the lake & bridge was spectacular! We got a tour of their lovely vegetable garden & fruit trees! I enjoyed the shade trees of their backyard to read my book! I highly recommend staying here!

There was nothing I disliked! I felt the suite could have been cleaned up better for our arrival! I’m very fussy about cleanliness!

Anna was super kind and super nice to us. She helped us organize our short stay in Kelowna and was there all the time when we needed something. Plus, she upgraded our room for free because the other better room was available.
