Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The climate control worked well. Lots of USB ports for charging. Nice breakfast area with good complimentary food selection. Much better value for the money than staying on the island.
Check-in staff wasn't the most friendly, but definitely not rude.

Location, price and cleanliness.
Front desk worker was alone and lobby was packed with folks checking in. He worked as quickly as possible. Felt bad for him, though. Many guests waiting seemed annoyed at the wait time.

I have stay there before and it was fine this trip was so bad woke up and room was flooded with water In carpet
woke up water was all in carpet and told front desk and said I let them know and very disappointed in service

I requested a ground floor room. I confirmed it when I arrived at 1pm. The clerk told me I had a downstairs room. We left to go into town. When we returned at 6 pm, the clerk had given my room away. I DID NOT RECEIVE A DOWNSTAIRS ROOM AS I WAS TOLD.

The location was a short drive from Galveston and so much better in value than the prices in Galveston. I would definitely stay again.

The bathroom was not handicap accessible like it said.I asked for a chair for handicap and was given a small chair.
