We were in town over the weekend for a golf toournament. We have stayed at the Flamingo several times when we have visited Santa Rosa. We like the pool scene. Nice place to relax, swim, read a book or have a cocktail. We were upgraded to a suite. Very nice room compared to the standard rooms we have stayed in before. Living area and a view of the swimiing pool.
not a big deal but there are no elevators to the second floor.

Check-in was easy, and the front desk agent was very nice and let us in early. We enjoyed the pool; it was very nice.
Our room faced the street, so we had to keep the shades closed, which made the room very dark and not enjoyable to stay in, except to sleep.

The staff and facilities were exceptional - I felt very welcomed and informed of the events happening during my stay and what facilities were available. They also communicate through text message when g makes it easy to reach out.
The property is pretty vast so getting from my room to the lobby was a short walk and it’s easy to get disoriented.
