Beautiful hotel, great location, near the Mountain and Main Street. Very good shuttle service. Clean and comfortable room. Cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoon, delicious! Good gym.

Breakfast was good but not very well organized. The indoor jacuzzi was always crowded and the outdoor jacuzzi was not hot enough.

Comfortable beds. Shuttle to ski areas. Lovely staff.

Rooms and lobby were nice. There were places to hang out and a good fire. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. There are several restaurants within a 10-15 min walk and free shuttles to downtown and the ski resorts.

The free breakfast was pretty lousy.

Great location, close to many places and shuttle provided for convenience which was great.

Some of the staff isn’t very helpful and at times rude.

the breakfast, though free, could have been a touch better. the eggs were maybe powdered — they had decent offerings, yogurt, fruit, cereal.

A perfect location to our favorite Nordic center trails. An ice skating rink on the premises though it was not available all the time or because of snowy weather. Complementary breakfast, good restaurant with variaty of food. Sauna, two hot tubs: indoor and the other outdoor. The house keeping staff was very attentive and always came to our requests to clean the room.

Noise in the hallways in quite hours. Dirty floor in sauna and swimming pool area. Tiny tables that we had to use for meals and for working at the same time.
