Good location

I am having a horrible experience with Booking. I have prepaid for 3 hotels with Priceline. It asked me to list all guests name, which I did. Apparently , the system assigned all 3 hotels to 3 different guests in our party. The last hotel was reassigned by Priceline to Booking.com. the entire itinerary was fully prepaid in January. When we arrived at the last hotel , Paris Las Vegas I was told that our reservation was cancelled du to mismatch between the names on the credit catd and regostered reservation. This room was prepaid, I didn't choose to register it to another guest name, but we were denied the reservation. We had to take the room that was available at this time at much higher rate and pay again. I did not receivenotification from the cancellation, nor was I refunded the prepayment. After we returned home I called Priceline and was bounced to Booking com. I explained all situation and was asked to submit an original reservation and proof of payment and the 2nd invoice. Which I did right away. After a week nothing happened. I called back explained all over again and was asked to submit my credit card statements and bank account details. Now 3 weeks have passed I keep getting the requests to submit the same info again and again. It seems that they are just stretching the time in order to avoid d3aling with the issue. I get responses from a new person every time. No action have been so far. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Booking has virtually no customer service support and don't care about your satisfaction. The mess up was done on their part, between Priceline , Booking and hotel Las Vegas and they make me suffer and pay the price of their mistake.

Property accused us of smoking in our room because thier fresh air detector apparently went off. We advised this was not the case but they still charged us with no authorization and staff did not care to help. Shrugged us off and said nothing they can do and the ‘big bosses’ won’t do anything as there sensors are 100% accurate. Funny thing is they couldn’t show us the report for the rest of the trip. If you are considering this place, don’t do it! Stay somewhere else!

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys. Big room, great view of eiffel tower. Centrally located

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys,but not very functional. No fridge (but can request for free), microwzve (can't request), no instruction booklet, shower lacks inside shelves, ongoing construction was annoying (found loose carpet nails in room). Not worth the money

Room was located closer to the elevator, not at the end of a long hallway, and quiet. Happy to have a regular refrigerator, not a mini bar. Liked the location of the hotel.

Bathtub surround was not fully cleaned. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were not good. It was disappointing not to have a coffee maker in the room. Amenities such as towels and pillows were minimal., "just enough". Disappointed that the jacuzzi was under construction and not accessible. Room service closed very early, we got back to our room around 8:30 pm and couldn't get hot water for tea or a dessert.
