The hotel was very clean, staff was very attentive. Everyone was very nice. Dining was excellent with live entertainment. Tiki bar and drinks were great. Had a wonderful relaxing time.
Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Hot tub was warm, not hot and lounge chairs could use some cushions. Beach loungers had to be rented. I think if you are a guest at the hotel they should be free to use as they are in Siesta Key.

We had stayed at this place for yrs and hadn't been there in awhile. We were so go excited to go back but was so disappointed
we did nt get first floor I called 3 times to verify this always no problem. But no way when we got there..I'm handing cap that was a issue...the Internet was down most time we were there no rack for carry luggage up \ we parked were they told us no valet any more. use to have bell hop not any more....they woke us at 8am wanting us to move the,car so they could work on the parking lot. Made,no sense. Why did they tell us to park there and ya pay to park there..this use to be a 5 Starr place no more
