Bugs crawling on the walls, fridge was broke, bed uncomfortable, dirty

Location off highway was convenient.

Missing part of carpet and both my husband and I stepped on the nails or carpet tacks. Water in the hallway which we believe was from our shower. Also tons of water on floor in bathroom in the middle of the night. Would be nice if you said pool is out of order when booking.

The staff were all friendly and we were very satisfied with the breakfast and common area. The hotel's location is also convenient as it is right by the highway. Overall, the hotel needs updating but was satisfactory.

We traveled with a large group of 30+ people. There wasn't a single person who didn't complain of a very dirty bedspread. I stayed in a room with 2 queens and both comforters had visible stains all over them. The stain colors ranged from yellow to black. The sheets; however, were clean. We asked for a new comforter and the staff were happy to do so. In fact, we got a new one out of the bag. Also, charging $200 a night for a dirty room with none of the amenities (other than the breakfast) available seems like robbery.

Unhappy with the service. See below. The reception was uncaring that we didn't have rooms to stay and blamed Booking.com.. when I asked why nobody texted or emailed us to let us know, they said it "wasn't their problem"

When we got there the rooms were sold out and they blamed Booking .com saying they overbooked. They did not have a room for the other couple i booked at the same time and who were already confirmed. We ended up having to drive 2.5 hours back to NJ.

It was just ok. Beds were very uncomfortable, though left with horrible neck pain.

The breakfast was ok.

My room was not in good condition. The ceiling in my room had black mold on it in the corner. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it and was pealing. The door stop was a wad of toilet paper smashed in the whole. The towel rack was covered with rust and the bathroom vent was all rusty. I have to say it was truly a disappointment and will not return to that location. I requested a new room when I saw what I was given and was told I was unable to move and there was nothing they can do. I find it dangerous and below standards of the holiday Inn to have a room like this available to occupy.

Daily room touch up was weak. Took towels and didn't replace. Didn't leave k cups for coffee

The water was barely warmer than I am. The elevator was broken 1 day. The pool wasn't open 1 day and the jacuzzi wasn't open at all. The beds were hard as concrete. The comforters all had duvet covers and it always got messed up. Super dusty also. Just touchy the lamp my teenage son said eww.
