Both clerks at check in and check out were SO kind and welcoming, I had accidentally messed up my online reservation and the elderly gentleman fixed it immediately. Was very affordable and great place for pet owners to stay at.

I like the location, the restaurant, and the staff
I always ask for non smoking but the room smell like it was smoked in, also my husband saw a cigarettes butt and a live roach climb the wall behind night stand on the floor,

Im not sure if its the heat or location, but we had bugs in the room. They were always on the walls, floors & other surfaces. There were doors slamming at 2am and what sounded like basketballs being bounced up and down, passed our room throughout all hours of the night. Staff was amazing at accommodation when we asked for what we needed. Staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful.
The bugs. The noise throughout all hours of the night.
