The sealing of the reception was leaking and the receptionist was rude.

The King Suite Room was excellent. The King bed was great! Loved the layout and that it had a door to separate the two rooms. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet was more than most places.
The pullout sheets were dirty, but the staff graciously provided replacement sheets. The pullout bed was a typical thin mattress pad, but it worked fine for our child. Disappointed that other guests had to smoke marijuana right by the front door and in their room. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location at least for my needs, great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast and free parking included, which was a plus.

There was a blockage in the washroom sink, which was not taken care and early morning had a hard time to do my routine work and no alternate was considered to avoid the major inconvenience.

Absolutely nothing!
The desk attendant was very rude, condescending etc ..not very happy with his did-service. As well the hotel smelled like marijuana- so unacceptable!! I The room was not cleaned properly, the mirrors had visual water stains all over. Debris on the floor, the shower curtain smelled sour! I was not happy @ all! I am not going 2 book rooms with Booking.com again. Literally each time I book with you guys what you show on the site is never what is actual and factual in real life. Your pics are not updated and the reviews must be bogus! Another horrible thing is it was freezing in the room when I entered. I literally had 2 turn in the heat, leave the room for a while and re-enter just to be warm!!! Not comfortable @ all!!!!!!

The room was super clean
My shower drain was clogged and took 2 nights to fix. Manager was super apologetic and did everything he could to make it right. Can't complain about that.

Nice bed, comfy. Good breakfast bar. 24 hour coffee in lobby, because we couldn't get room housekeeping to understand us we needed more
No room cleaning unless you asked? Not. Even then it didn't happen. The manager told me it's a language issue, she can't communicate with them because they speak English.
Housekeeping couldn't understand we needed toilet paper. We finally just took it off the cart and showed them.
The lady at the breakfast bar asked for a tip.😟😲 Really???
We came a day early and left a day early, just moving our stay up a day and leaving a day early. . They refused us a refund and charged us for the day we checked out. Seriously?
No extra coffee, no extra cups, slept on sheets for 4 nights out of our nights we stayed.

it was very nice up to date..
jacuzzi tub was dirty, toilet was acting up, there was a bar of soup that has been there up top in the shower before I checked in.

The first and second night we used the jacuzzi pool wasnt working until 2 of my friend complained about it and it was working on our 3rd night.
The bathroom floor wasn't that look clean and the carpet looks so old and dirty.

Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was decent. The price was acceptable. Lots of parking.
Elevator was slow and a bit bumpy.
There was an annoying hum (noise) that we couldn't figure out -- seemed to come through the ceiling fan in the bathroom.
No towel rack. Just a hook on the back of the bathroom door. People probably hang stuff on the shower curtain rod...as it was starting to fall off the wall.
Hallway noises were very easily heard.

I’ve been to this hotel several times, and every time I visit the quality seems to drop. the shower was dirty so we’re the towels.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a door
The water in the bathroom tub would not go down while taking a shower, the pull out bed mattress was very dirty didn't even have a sheet on it. No extra sheets or blankets.. The towels in the bathroom was dirty furniture was dirty also could use a good deep cleaning almost didn't want to walk around without shoes on. I realized yesterday location means nothing
