The sweet staff made me feel that I mattered at this hotel

Staff AMAZING… very sweet and tried to be helpful with a smile and grace. One room too loud with traffic so I requested to change and found me a quieter one. Very clean. Pool just the right temperature

Coffee after breakfast hours barely warm Only over ripe bananas for fruit. Rest of breakfast standard but good. Bathroom soaps difficult for older person to use when not at tub level. Please help us older tub folks on that.

There was no hot tub we were put in a room by the freeway so it was loud and the parking is minimal at

Great place to stay

Helpfulness of staff during power outage. Guided me to my room left a flashlight with me. Very friendly people.

No switch for fan in bathroom. A manual recliner would have been nice to elevate my feet and legs.

The location, amenities and price were what I had wanted in a hotel.

Breakfast good. Lots of variety. Location perfect for my visit. Parking good. Felt safe.

More snacks in snack area to buy. A bit pricey.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The value was good. Bed was comfortable and the room coffee was good.

Needed an envelope for the cleaning staff as I like to leave a tip.

Everything except that the pool closed and the staff were not the nicest nor did they have very good customer service

It was good for a short stay, but the room size could have been bigger.

The breakfast was good, but the eggs were instant eggs, which I don't prefer.

The room was a bit compact. More room there would have been nice.
