The hotel is convenient to the airport and to highway access. The staff was super friendly, the rooms and other areas were clean and the breakfast was fantastic!!! We also liked the pool and outdoor area. We can't say enough about our stay and would stay here in the future.

Smell of mold. Told the front staff that when we ran the water in the sink it came out underneath. Said they would contact maintenance and never did.

We were asked for a $150 deposit on our room, which we have never been asked about in any other hotels we've stayed at in El Paso.

Breakfast location is very good . We will be traveling once a month and our stay will be there at best Western plus. This is our 3rd stay there and everything has been excellent.

Location and facilities in general...

I wasn't going to complain when there wasn't - outlets, electrical plugs - desk falling apart literally - lamb no knob, unscrewed light bulb - air-conditioned had to run .out of time - TV out for 1 hr. But when I couldn't get a wake up call and the party went on from about 9pm to 2am then I am complaining..... - no wake up call system - loud Saturday night into early morning lobby talk - ck out...did not ask about my stay

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Our main issue was that we got no sleep. The fan in the ac unit was very loud, grinding when it would kick on..it kicked on often to keep the room at 68 degrees. Also the mechanism on the doors to the rooms are set to swing shut, so doors are unintentionally slammed. Our bathroom had several hairs on the floor. The bathtub facet was missing a piece, so there was a hole around the facet and the door to the bathroom was hard to open and close fully because it rubbed on the vent overhead.

Close to all the shopping centers.staff was attentive. Nice swimming pool.

Dog hair all on the ground in my my room. Tub was backed up an would drain so slow it almost filled completely up. Seems outdated could use some updating. Bathroom counter was broken as well.

I travel often for work and this particular location is ideal for me.

This was not the first time staying here but it was the first time staying and being very disappointed. The front desk service was horrible not sure if they were having a bad day but they were very rude and unatentive, checkout was worse. Refused to give receipt upon checking out even after I said it was for work. Was never reimbursed the check in fee (which was a 1st) either.
