My family and I stayed at this adorable apartment for Christmas and it was the perfect place for us. It has a beautiful, clear view of the mountains and was more than enough room for the 4 of us. When we arrived, it was exceptionally clean and decorated so it already felt like home. It went above and beyond the standard vacation home, with a full bookshelf and game cupboards -- a great way to entertain the kids on a snow day. The bedrooms themselves were cozy and warm. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with most appliances and amenities you could ask for.

It would have been nice to have an ice cream scooper and a soup ladle. And perhaps a lighter blanket option since the comforter was rather heavy and warm.

Absolutely love this place, perfect for a family with small kids. Very clean, and very well located.

My daughter wanted to sleep on the pullout, but there was not enough room to unfold it. We were not going to move a heavy couch to unfold it, so she just slept on it unfolded. With the boil water advisory, water bottles should have been left in the room.

Great location. Quiet building. Easy access with coded doors. Underground parking. Elevator access to all floors. Shopping carts in garage for use in moving luggage. Fairly large deck. BBQ. No A/C but large fans were provided in each room. Fully functional kitchen. Clean fridge. Nice shower in main bedroom. Good info on TV use in provided green booklet. Iron and ironing board provided. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice furniture and decorating in general. Overall a clean apartment. Would definitely stay there again. Decent size to have a few people over as we did in between wedding ceremony and wedding reception as well.

Not a lot of room around beds in bedrooms but manageable. Closet doors hard to get into because of this but manageable. Could have used a couple more bathroom towels although there is a washer and dryer in the unit to wash what we had. 2nd bedroom bathroom is across the apartment so a bit inconvenient. Saw my son-in-law in his underwear a few times. We were there for 5 nights and almost ran out of toilet paper. Main bedroom shower could use a soap bar holder on the wall somewhere. There is a soap/shampoo dispenser provided in the shower but I prefer to use my own.

Was quite hot and, despite cool weather, a bit difficult to cool down...eventually found and followed direction to open main door to help the air move to cool it off inside the unit which did help. Not sure it would be possible to get it really cooled down on hot days?? Only airconditionning in the inside hallway of the building as far as I could tell. All thermostats shut off. Such a great unit, I hate to complain about anything but think this is worth mentioning.

Hot tub and pool was advertised when booking but obviously that was false advertising. The weather was cold and wet but we enjoyed our stay immensely and we were close to the shops. We biked to Banff and back.

The 2 bedroom unit has great space and layout for 2 couples or a family of 4. Deck was perfect for sitting 4 with a glass of wine and the views were spectacular. Location with 1 block access to Main Street and across from the Flatbread Company is excellent. Check in and access information via text was easy to understand and use and the underground parking a great bonus. Perfect vacation mountain getaway.

Three improvement areas; bed in the master bedroom is very soft - challenging to sleep well on, dishwasher is super loud, and the primary wifi was not discoverable (had to use the secondary Wi-Fi and it was the 5G version which was not in the house book or welcome email).

We loved how accommodating you were, and friendly. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious, and location-location-location! It was in a perfect spot to walk around and explore. All the comforts of home, in an unbeatable location. There were even board games ❤️

Everything was great for what we needed. I suppose if you are a big tv watching you’d be put off that there weren’t a ton of channels, or Netflix in the living room, but we didn’t mind at all. Just look out the window, that’s all the entertainment you need.
