Its a small hotel, easy to find your way around.

There should be coffee pots in the rooms

Clean and comfortable

No issues

Excellent breakfast (cinnamon rolls in particular), nice lounge area

Doors to the rooms slammed noisily. Can hear the interstate when the A/C is not running (north side only)

Once we received our room we originally booked, the room was nice and relaxing.

The check in staff was horrible. At first she was ok, gave me my room key and checked us in. We then went up to the second floor and saw she gave us two queen beds. When I booked I paied extra to get a KING size bed. We were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary. I think we down not upset at all, knowing everyone makes mistakes.. As soon as she saw me come back, if her face expression could talk. He attitude switched and I kindly told her how I booked a king size bed. She got super defensive right away and said there was nothing she could do since I booked through a 3rd party. I said ok well in my email it specifically says ONE king size bed. She then huffed and puffed and started texting her manger. After going back and forth she said "we can do it this time, but just know if you dont book directly with us you get what we have" At this pointed i was just annoyed with her attitude and said thank you. She didnt respond, she just kept huffing and puffing because she had to re-do paper work and also re-do our keys. I asked if there was anything I needed to sign since we now have a new room and said she NO. I said " okay, thank you so much!" And got no response.
