Staff resolved Booking.com problem

Booking.com was confirmed to me in advance, but check-in was a nightmare because Booking.com didn't even recognize the property!

Staff very nice willing to help in anyway .

Trash taken out more , pool cleaned alittle more , recycle . Other comfort inns recycle.

Breakfast was exceptional with many options both hot and cold

The bathtub was very slippery. Carpet between beds was stained.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The toilet seat was not secure. The shower bar was loose so the curtain would not stay closed. There was water all over the floor after our showers. The refrigerator was not cold. These kinds of things should have been dealt with long before we arrived. It is simple maintenance. The pool was closed at the time it would have been possible for us to use it.

Convenient location, breakfast, indoor pool

A little expensive; loud at night

Hot breakfast a real treat especially after what we went thru with Covid. There was an abundance of choices including fruit.

I think you could use more soundproofing in the rooms. We were awakened during the night with slamming doors and loud cars.

Breakfast food and location

Staff that set up food was rude.

Expensive for just a standard room. There was a basketball tournament so seemed like prices were inflated.

The breakfast was very good.
