Bathtub/shower in room 334 didn't drain properly

The room was ok. Breakfast should have a better selection of neats( some pork and some chicken), and better quality pastries and baked goods.

Location and breakfast included. Clean room. Afternoon cookies were the best after returning to hotel.

Could not use the pool without an escort staff member. Awkward. No hot tub in pool area. Machines in gym broken. Strange odor in our room (chemical musky smell) bathroom door would not close. We think we were given the extra spacious handicap accessible room. Sliding bathroom door that had no lock or even latch to close, the door could not stay open so we had use string to tie it closed for privacy.

Lovely property, great breakfast, parking, quiet, close to shops & restaurants

The atmosphere was awesome the employees all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, the Hotel was gorgeous, and very nice. The gym was very nice also. Easy wifi connection. Great TV channels my wife and eye truly like it. Nice location!

The AC did work properly, and leaking water on the carpet, the king bed was STIFF, there was some stains on the floor and the trash can had hair in it, the table to sit on the sofa with your laptop was dirty and had cup rings, the sofa smelled a little funkie. The shampoo and conditioner empty. The Jacuzzi by the pool had so much chlorine that we started the timer for the 15min we sat down and did not stay in because our eyes burned from it.

The location is amazing; close to the highway yet very secluded. The hotel appears new, modern, and clean. There was bit of a snafoo in checking in since I used a third party to book the reservation; however, Mr. Morales worked patiently with the third party booking service to resolve the issue.

Cleanliness of bathroom poor

We were first put across from elevator in the main hallway. Near poll and food etc. way to busy and noisy. Because the a/c wasn't working they quickly moved us to another room which was still on the main floor but way further away. Much better. Why would they put us in a busy noisy place in the first place instead of quieter location? Who would want noise ? But, they were polite and responded to our concerns in seconds and we were swiftly moved.
