Bryce canyon was nice

There was no coffee maker in the room like we were told, no decent breakfast like it said, i specifically book this motel for the breakfast and area it turns out it wasn't what we were promised I was not impressed. Workers were not friendly or helpful. I Spent $700.00 4 nights for nothing...

Staff was great. Location was great and close to restaurant options.

We stayed because we took longer in the area than expected and our next planned destination would have required us to drive at night.

The room was dank and dark. The bathroom was old and dingy. We booked the room online before seeing it, otherwise I would not have taken it (because of reason above). I was traveling with my male partner and my grandson, age 13. On the website, we chose an "extra" bed (cot, sofa, etc) so we all could have our own sleeping space. The website allowed us to check an extra space. However, when we arrived, the check-in person said there was no such thing. She was very cordial, thank goodness. However, we were very disappointed and, I believe, I may have paid extra for something we didn't get.

We enjojed our stay at Tropic and have no objections ;) The room was quite clean and comfortable (two big beds for three adult people were enough). If you are looking accommodation for short-term stay, this is a good choice.

poor WiFi

Reception closed early, left no wifi password. No facial tissues in the room. Stained and smelly carpet. Poor breakfast. Room for family on the first floor near the road.

Breakfast was minimal. TV in our room didn’t work but the hotel deducted a fair amount from our bill.
