La buena ubicación, cercana al centro andando y al lado de la estación de metro. Además el personal muy amable y atento a todas las peticiones.

El wifi a duras penas funciona, las ventanas de la habitación no aíslan ni del frío ni del ruido exterior, la calefacción es antigua y varias veces por la noche hace ruidos muy molestos durante más de media hora, la cama incomodisima con un colchón totalmente deforme, habitación sin armario, baño sucio. Un hotel que no cumple ningún mínimo de higiene ni comodidad y con una relación calidad-precio pésima. Una pesadilla

Mit ein wenig Mühe und geringen Arbeitskosten wären das an sich nett eingerichtete Zimmer und die (geteilten) Badezimmer mit WC deutlich aufzuwerten bzw. mindestens instandzuhalten - wenn man nur wollte!

One guy tried to charge $10 to keep our cases for a few hours after check out. The girl let us keep them there without charge. Otherwise lovely helpful staff.

Each morning we had to listen to racist, offensive rantings from the owner who stood spoke outside our door speaking very loudly to the reception staff. He would carry on - swearing and saying terrible things about Chinese people. It was very aggressive and offensive.

the reviews before from other travelers the hotel is inexpensive and I am so thankful it exists. for the price though you cannot pretend to get a 5 star hotel. it feels actually very close to an old west village apartment . a bit shabby but lots of character and there are no bugs !!

Hotel 309 has perfect location, it was very clean and warm. Our host went the extra mile and supported us with holding our bags and provided extra coffee and tea. Our room with private bathroom was worth the price. Would recommend and will definitely come back! It's a shame we only stayed 3 nights..

Housekeeping didn’t change bed sheets and only gave us clean towels 1 time in 5 days. They were not around for us to ask for clean towels and hardly spoke English when we did see them. There was cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The room is tiny and looks dirty, the furniture was really old and squeaky. There was no curtains, like shown in the photos, only a roller blind. Wifi was free but connection was so bad I didn’t get to use it at all

Not too expensive for the area they changed my room easily when I said that it was a burden for me to have a door than foes not work (I needed to try at least 10 times before succeeding to open the door, so with bathroom outside it was really annoying)

the bathrooms are not all clean (one at my floor was and the other one was not) and there were no bath mat so there was water everywhere in the morning and evening when everybody takes a shower. At first, they gave me a room with a door that did not work properly. I had to ask to be put in another room but they should not have given me this room in the first place.

there was a bug crawling across the bed of my first floor room when arrived. I caught it and handed it to the front desk attendant. we got into a debate where I was certain it was a bed bug and he insisted it was a baby cockroach. i’ve lived in the city and I’m comfortable with grunge, cockroaches & mice indoors in a temporary basis as seasons change. I’m comfortable with rats outdoors. I don’t mess with bed bugs or potential bed bugs. I didn’t stick around to prove the critter was a bed bug and it’s possible I was wrong & he was right. I received a full refund & left the property within an hour of checking in. a couple days later, I did notice an itchy double bite on my ankle where my skin was exposed btwn pants & socks. make of it what you will.

On our arrival to hotel our room was not like in picture that we booked. The room was demolished. wifi was not working. It hasnt past 15 min and there electricity stopped working only in our hotel room but tv was working so it was something bad in conection with. The room was filthy, dirty, full oh human hair and dust. The sheets were full of human hair and dirt, also the towels were dirty. Tv remote was full of dust, dirt and kinda oily. It was so discusting that we could not turn off tv properly the whole night. It was obvious that nobody stayed in this room for at least six months. While walking throught the room we got caught in spider web, imidiately after seeing condition of the room we went to the reception and asked for another room but they told us that they are full and they can not give us another room tonight and that we can talk in the morning with the manager to switch the room. Tomorrow at evening they give us another room that was on first sight a little bit better than previous one. We were freezing the first night in our new room because there was a big hole in window and we couldnt do anything to stop the cold air from the outside. The heating in room was not working so there was no way to heat up the room. The next morning we asked the stuff to give us more blankets and they give us only two but we are three, they told us that they didnt have any more blankets. After staying in the new room after two days we realized that the room was only apperently clean wich means that all the dirt was swiped under the bed and to the other corners of the room, towels were dirty again with stains. Sheet and matress were stained as well and look like somebady peed on it. During our night rutine, one of us opened their beauty bag and saw alive cockroach walking on the stuff in the bag. We killed it thinking, it is okey it is only one.

I liked the location, table tennis outside and the lobby cat!

our tv did not work. the blankets were very thin and old and the electrical outlets looked hella sketchy. I wouldn’t stay here with little kids.
