smaller sized property, so it was quite. Located off the main tourist streets in a residential neighborhood but still close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk to most areas and Ubers rides were low cost and a easy to book.
Its an Older hotel 2 floors no elevator. Window air conditioning is noisey

Great location, easy to walk to many things (including duval st) from the motel. There is a cute rooftop area.
Needed 2 separate rooms and one room didnt have air conditioning so the door had to be left open the entire time as the one room was very warm even with the door open. All windows were blocked off where you cant look outside from any room. Overall was unhappy with the room.
