Good location

You said in your booking that breakfast was included and then we found out it was not on arrival. That’s your fault of false advertising.

A slightly older hotel but very clean, comfortable with lovely, friendly staff and a good location although a bit of a distance from the Piers, that said it was great value considering other hotel prices in the area. It was actually a perfect base although the area like much of San Francisco has a large amount of homeless people that might be intimidating for some, this is over much of the city so you should not be deterred from staying at Hotel Fiona. To move around the city we purchased hop on/hop off bus tickets that stopped about 10/12 minutes’ walk from the hotel so we used that over a few days to reach sites plus used waymo that was very reasonable during off peak periods.

Lovely staff! Perfect San Francisco experience! Excellent safety! I especially love the boutique elegant esthetic theme. We will be coming back!!

Would love coffee out all day in the lobby.

The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly. The room is very large compared to others in the area.

I had two issues with my stay: (1) the location is not good, I felt unsafe in the hotel area in the evening. (2) The hotel describes the included breakfast as a "buffet breakfast". That is false advertising: the "breakfast" is pastries and coffee\tea.
