The room was tiny as expected but perfectly comfortable for a solo traveller.
Plenty of hooks for hanging things up, a desk and drawers under the bed provided enough space for all my things.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff I engaged with were all consistently very friendly and helpful.
Great location - quiet and close to the MTA. Stunning view over the river.
My only gripe is that the way the shower head was mounted in my bathroom meant I got wet when reaching in to turn on the shower.

Staff were polite and helpful. Ice machine on basement floor was a great touch as I like my drinks super cold and no fridge in the room. Bed was really comfy and shower was lovely.
Of course the rooms are small but I had two large suitcases and made it work. Just have to be smart about how you store your belongings. The drawers under the beds were so helpful. The noise from the elevators was a little annoying when trying to sleep but it’s expected in a small hotel when all rooms are near the elevator. Air conditioning a little noisy.

Convenient location close to restos, subway, Central Park and great for walking around. New and fresh furniture and design. Accommodating staff.
Lack of insulation, could hear neighbors and plumbing next door loud and clear.

It was pretty clean
Our room was way too small. It didn’t look that small in the pictures.
