Me cobraron 2 veces el alojamiento … he reclamado mil veces y nadie responde! Me cobraron con la tarjeta q hice la reserva en booking y con otra tarjeta el día q me fui!!!! Incluso reclame a Marriott directamente… hace 2 meses y me dieron un número de caso (478196340) Y aún no pasa nada y booking nunca contesta! Quiero mi dinero de vuelta ya o nunca más contrato nada x esta página! O sea ahora estoy en EEUU y ninguna reserva la hice x acá xq estoy muy molesta con la falta de respuesta

The hotel was very unresponsive to messages after I made the reservations. They also didn’t allow for any changes even though I got Covid last minute. I requested to shorten my stay by one night due to it being non-refundable but the hotel was not willing to accommodate the request. While at the hotel, my room had a very strange odor to it.

It was clean, good location, nice staff, coffee and water available almost 24 hrs a day. Pool and spa clean and maintained very well. Slept well.

We couldn’t open the window at all to get some fresh air. Very little storage area for our clothes.

the towels need a upgrade

It was convenient and clean. I like that they serve breakfast in the morning.

Bed was hard and pillows too soft .

The room wasn’t practical. There is no space like a suite.

I liked the size of the room. The extra sink was great for washing bottles and the fridge worked really well. The breakfast was good and it was close to restaurants, the , and gas station

The bathroom sink had little bugs flying out of it

The room has a stinky smell and ac vent is toward the beds. Make the air super dry.

It would have been great to check in at 3, not 4 since we had to attend a wedding nearby. Now we had to get dressed in a car. I tried to call your front desk at least dozen times, but it always said user busy.

Breakfast was OK. The location was good.

No Dresser to put things away. They was a smell to the room. We had to switch rooms due to the floor along the bed was damp. The second room was located next to the outside entrance and travel going in and out to 2:30am by people was disturbing.
