The room was better than expected and the value for the room was great. I have stayed in worse hotels in the marina that were much more expensive. Don’t go in expecting the Four Seasons.
I didn’t dislike anything. However my few suggestions would be to repair certain things, for example the chair in the room needed to be tightened up because it was wobbly. Or some of the shutters on the shaded to be repaired. Also in the mornings the water would not get hot, it remained lukewarm.

In a safe feeling area plenty of shops near by and only a few minutes in a taxi to fisherman’s wharf - it was basic but clean and good value for money
Don’t have a room on the front, the road is busy and can be quite noisy

Excellent customer service and support. Easy check in and check out. Meets customer expectations
Very good location with accessibility to tourist attractions

The location was really good for seeing things but it was very noisey for sleeping.
The bathroom wasn’t the most clean but it was passable
