Garden Place Hotel

The hotel was beautiful! Loved the fact it had a bar.

The fact they ask for another $150 deposit when you check in . You get it back but it’s still something I didn’t plan for.

The room was nice and I loved the tub, the bed was soft

When I took a shower there was black stuff all on the ceiling and the door pad to come in the hotel was broken so anyone could come into the hotel through it

Overall staff was amazing......

Went to the bar on Saturday...wife ordered a drink all we watched as the bartender pour what was like 3 to 4 oz of vodka into the glass. Wife could not finish the drink...

The facilities and room were clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

From the very start the experience was unwelcoming. - The front sliding main entrance door was broken and only opened halfway for the entirety of my stay. - The Front desk staff not at all welcoming. One guy watching a movie with the volume turned up (unprofessional) and the woman who checked me in was not friendly or glad to see me as a customer. - The HVAC unit in the room had a squeaky bearing. It did eventually quiet down. - The electric outlets in the center console between the beds did not work at all. - The Guest WiFi showed up on devices but would not connect (no IP address was assigned) - The pictures in the room were upside down (that could be a prank, but they were screwed to the wall). The breakfast was very mediocre. - The room was very noisy, but I think that was just because my room was right next to the road, and there is a stop light right at the property. The other room further away were probably much quieter.
